This website is owned and operated by 404 Bristol Limited and 404 Bakes Ltd. By accessing or using this website you confirm you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms. You must be at least 16 years of age to use the website or order goods.
Orders & pricing
When buying an item, you agree that (i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before committing to buy, and (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase the item when you complete the checkout process. We reserve the right to change prices at any time and to correct pricing errors.
Returns & refunds
Food products cannot be returned. If you are dissatisfied or have an issue with an order please contact [email protected] — we'll resolve the issue and arrange a refund if desired.

All content, software, images, text, graphics, logos, trademarks, photographs and related IP are the exclusive property of 404 Bakes Ltd. You agree not to copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works without explicit written permission.
Limitation of liability

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, and any disputes will be decided exclusively by a court of competent jurisdiction in Bristol.
